I have a 14-year-old Caddy that was having some bad problems with the electrical system. The first garage I took it to looked at it and suggested that I take it to the Cadillac dealership. Which I did. After keeping the car for three days, the dealership service department wanted to charge me over $1,400 for the time they had spent just looking to “’isolate the problem” and to correct it, wanted even more money. Later, I ran into someone who told me about Ruben’s Auto Care in Burlington NC, and strongly advised me to take my car there and let Ruben take a look at it. To make a long story short I did that, and 10 minutes and $20 later I drove out of Ruben’s shop happy as a lark and the problem fixed!
