We just bought a Ford Explorer from Stearns Ford. It is the third vehicle we have purchased from the Stearns family dealerships. Everyone we had interactions with was very friendly and helpful. We initially picked out a 2020 Explorer but later we realized it was not going to work for us. Stearns allowed us to return the vehicle and choose a different one that better suited our needs, a 2021 Explorer. They were very gracious in redoing all the paperwork and ensuring that we were more than satisfied with our new choice. We love our new Explorer!

Elizabeth in the service department was an absolute delight to work with, she made it super simple and easy to drop off first thing Monday morning before I became swamped with work. She quickly took care of the maintenance needed on my vehicle as well as informed me of some issues that I was unaware of. I will definitely be returning with my other work vehicles in the near future!

I was having a problem with the water pump on my daughter's 2012 Ford Focus. Stearns got me in real quick and out the same day. Cost was also a pleasant surprise as I was always informed before any charges were made. Thanks Stearns Ford staff on a job well done.
