Purchased 2017 Ford Escape Titanium for my wife from this family run small business. I was not shopping but rather there to purchase and trade. Amanda Martin was as professional and helpful as one could expect. My expectations were surpassed with a seamless transaction (cash) from start to finish. I was looking for a specific vehicle for a while. In June I came across what I was looking for and inquired with D&D. I looked at the vehicle, test drove and purchased. 2 hours after purchase the check engine light came on. Called the next day and they were helpful and worked out a solution to have the vehicle checked closer to me since I live over an hour away. Here is where the problems start. The dealer I took it to refused to work on it stating another Ford dealer, County Ford, did some shoddy work and they would need to fix it. 21/2 weeks into this first ordeal, I was informed that the engine had been replaced. This was NEVER disclosed to me by anyone at D & D. Had I been told this I would have walked away. It has been nothing but problems since then. I feel they intentionally omitted this information in order to get the vehicle off their lot. I did purchase a Carfax and it was not listed on there either.

Got my 2015 Ford Edge here , Great customer service smooth transaction. This is a great dealership with nice and good running cars, also had family to purchase here and they were also pleased..Would highly recommend and will definitely shop here in the future
