Firstly, this is our fourth Flow purchase, and we were not disappointed. We traded in our five year old Tiguan for a 2020 model. FAR superior in virtually every way.nJeremy in sales and their finance manager Brooks were professional and knowledgeable. There were no hard sell or high pressure tactics. We got a fair price on our trade in and a fair price on the new vehicle. We purchased the First Place Finish package and a warranty extension/vehicle service plan. The cost of the protection is worth the investment, in our opinion. Be assured that we were not beaten up or badgered to death in making that decision.nSo in conclusion we recommend that you give this dealership a try if your interested in a new or used car for that matter.

This was my first use of this dealership. I was having recall work done. The service department was efficient and helpful without being pushy. All the staff I encountered were polite. They even included a complimentary car wash.
