Visited this dealership when driving home from a vacation. My check engine light turned on and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. This dealership charges $100 for a computer to spit out the reason on why the light came on. He told me that I needed a brand new transmission. I asked if it was faulty wiring since the light had come on before and my dealership said it was because of that. The guy told me it wasn’t and it would cost 2k to fix my car. I went to get a second opinion at a transmission shop and he told me my car runs great for how old it was and that it’s not advise to waste 2k for a new transmission when there is nothing wrong with it. Thanks for charging me $79 for a computer to tell me what’s wrong with my car.

I like working with the sales staff. However if I based this review solely on the service department there is not enough negative stars available. They never have parts needed for repairs even for recalls. Then when they have to keep your car for longer periods waiting for parts they never have loaner parts. I currently own two Hyundais but will seriously reconsider my next car purchase because of this issue.
