Every single aspect of this experience exceeded my expectations. I've purchased many vehicles in the past, to include, two Volvos; I can honestly say this was the most stress free purchase I've ever dealt with. I was VERY impressed by the sales manager, the sales staff, the internet sales rep; everyone! I was treated like a valuable client. Attention to detail, responsiveness, the overall treatment I received when I visited the dealership made me feel like they valued my business, and they immediately EARNED my business. I am in love with my car. :)

Am Very Grateful To Ryan Hester, Master Volvo Tech for Promptly Helping Me With A Drivers Side Window Issue, That Happened Late Friday Afternoon. I Was Thinking While Driving Over To Dealership, There Is No Telling What Is Going To Be Involved In This & There’s No Way They Will Be Able To Deal With This Late On A Friday Afternoon...I Was Wrong. Ryan Was Able To Straighten Out The Metal Track & Only Had To Purchase Two Plastic Support Pieces For $17.nI Really Appreciate Him Handling The Problem Late In The Day On A Friday Afternoon & In Such An Efficient Way. My Vehicle Is Far From New...It’s A 2001 V70 Wagon XC, yet Ryan & Service Dept. Staff Treated Me & My Vehicle, As If I Had Just Purchased A New One.nI Will Certainly Give Great Thought To Purchasing A Newer One From Them In The Near Future Based On Their Their Level Of Courtesy & Helpfulness.nThank You

My first 'new' car and I am in love! Dray and the staff were super helpful and have followed up after to check in with us. Purchasing a car is stressful regularly but we were nervous about purchase during a pandemic - all of our fears were put to rest - the staff was cautious, safe, and masked. Highly recommend Flow Volvo of Burlington!

Throughout my buying experience, I found the team exceedingly professional, attentive, accommodating and kind. Lex quickly recognized my preference for communicating by text message, and we rarely communicated in any other way. When they didn’t have my precise vehicle in stock, he helped me to customize a new build — within my budget.nnAs my custom car made its way to Burlington, Dray kept me informed (via text) at each step. He then coordinated a smooth pickup and ensured I felt comfortable with all operating functions and maintenance responsibilities. A few days later, his courtesy check-in included a photo with Santa at the dealership.nnWhen it came to the paperwork, Jessica kept the process simple and my confidence high.nnThanks to the extraordinary efforts of Lex, Dray, Jessica and their friendly colleagues, I’m a new member of the Volvo family and look forward to remaining safely in their capable hands.nn(The “Nutt Edition” XC40 is pretty fabulous, too.)
