Clover Creek Village

Try to rent here. They are rude, and it's not an apt. It's an in old type trailer. Anna doesn't get back to u. U have to chase her and I'd rather speak in spanish to her. Her English is lacking. They will never get a good word from me ,and I work all over the community. I found a nice home to rent with no problem. Feel better, than in a trailer park..

The community looks well kept but Ana with the property management company is a disorganized and uncommunicative individual who didn't seem to care about situations. I imagine she will continue to run off potential tenants.

Though it was a nice place until I when and saw a trailer. The one all the way in the back. For $900 a month has mole in the closet that was cover up with paint. And why is the grass so high, I hope no one gets bite by a snake.

Wonderful, I finally found relief here in mebane N.C., after almost a year of hell with Bergman rentals in durham.nClover Creek Village is the best my unit is huge along with a large grass area surrounding it. Its $800 a month but I can afford it and it's worth every pennyud83dude0a

I rented from Phillip for five years. He was an excellent landlord. Anything I had to have done he got done quick. Very good landlord.
