Waffle House

Horrible customer service. Went there to get waffle and bacon which is no longer on $5 menu. Would not have been a problem if told before hand. Could of gotten the Gland slam and paid a $1-2 more. Just moved to the area for work and unaware of the switch. They didn’t care. Manager didn’t care. Management doesn’t provide even average customer service. My coworker went there this morning and one waffle took 15 minutes and no cook

Hard to put just one star. To a place full of good references. My particular experience seems to be somewhat unusual. We were not attended until apparently a meeting ended. Our coffee was interrupted by another conversation between employees. Finally, in order to pay the bill, several employees had to Call, message, finally go find the person who assisted us. All this happened in front of the one I assume is the manager, who is ultimately responsible. In what is worth the interaction with the different employees coordial educated as it has always been in WH. Maybe just bad luck, but definitely not close to what is expected of the service industry

The Cooks were really fast for all the food I ordered! Very great food at an exceptional price. Try the All-star Plate out you won't regret it!

Great service. I do wish Waffle House would Double door the entry to the restrooms so customers would not smell the after effects of someone.

One of the highlights of my trips south. Waffle House is a classic place for breakfast. It's the food, it's the awesome people that serve the food. Some may disagree, but I look forward to eating there. Pecan waffles, Hash brown bowls... Good stuff...
