West Webb Avenue location. So, I was given 17 hardened nuggets, when I ordered 20. Not a big deal, just frustrating... Apparently, counting to 20, is extremely difficult for some. Me and my daughter were going to split the hard nuggets. I decided to call. Upon doing so, I was instructed to keep the receipt, keep the food, and come back. I was told that we had to keep the food, in order to get any sort of refund. I politely told the gentleman that I lived 10 minutes away, and that it would not be worth it; that it was our dinner. It was more about the principle, of the matter. The manager went on to explain that people call and lie all the time, and that was their policy. I seriously cannot wait for robots to replace these idiots...

They will give you hot fries but your sandwich will be cold so have take it back or hot sandwich cold fries. Most times they give you what they want you to have.....

The best biscuits! Not too big or small and just the right amount of flaky and soft.

Had to go through the line twice because they forgot to put my nephew's food in the bag the first time. It's a good thing I checked before I left the parking lot. This isn't the first time it's happened
