Barnes Crossing Ford

These people are great. I was traveling out of state and had trouble....even on a Saturday. The service department was open...wow. The lady helped me and could not have been nicer. The technician that helped me was named Alton. He knew exactly what my problem was and had me going quickly. If I lived here, I would drive a Ford and buy it here because good service makes the vehicle experience better. My service experience was great. Good honest people. Thank you for helping me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would've, I made an appointment for a 30 minute factory recall in my vehicle I get there at 2 pm for a 3 pm apt waited and waited 45 min past appointment time and asked if they knew how long before it got taken in and the lady at the service department said when we get one out we don't know when it will be, I thought that's why we make appointments so we aren't there all day long. So I left and canceled my other appointment for a different vehicle I have for a recall also. I would rather drive elsewhere then do business with this place or anything else they own. Seems like new owners kept the same people working for them. ILL NEVER BE BACK nor will any of my family.

Just like Dealing with good family members..Great people work here been Dealing and buying vehicles here for over 20 years.

I appreciate the help their service and sales staff offers its local New Albany community and out-of-towners like myself who need assistance and own Fords, like myself and my 2004 Taurus.

Our RV engine light came on while driving to Florida and we happened to be close so 8 called and theyaccepted us in immediately and hooked it up to see what codes it gave and got us back on the road asap. We are very grateful.. God bless them.
