Jack’s

Didn't even get to place my order. Waited in line for close to 15 minutes and they still wouldn't take my order. Given it was lunch rush but still. No one even attempted to acknowledge my husband nor myself. I would like to try out your restaurant but your customer service SUCKS at the new Albany, Ms location.

Great food and fresh. Whenever we are on town visiting my sister we always stop by. They have the best chicken livers and their busicuts are fluffy, light and delicious.

Order always wrong. Burger never fixed correctly. We order large and always get a medium though the receipt says we pay for large. Tried to give it chance but we aren’t going back. Nothing like it was said to be. All this talk about southern goodness and it was far from it. I expected a delicious juicy burger. It was more like a glorified McDouble.

Jack's was very GREAT as always I have eaten at a lot of them in Alabama when I was Driving a truck cannot weight until Jack's is in my hometown Ripley Mississippi.. great food and Great friendly people work there .

BY FAR the slowest Jacks I’ve ever been in EVER. Just finished my 4th and pretty sure last visit to this location unless something drastically changes. No exaggeration it’s been at least a 20min wait all 4 times and the one that caused this post was a 40min wait and then still left my fries out of my bag but beat me getting mad. Leave it to New Albany to ruin a good thing
