This location was the absolute worst place to stop. They were out of fries and one type of meat that was on the menu. Also ordered cheese sticks that tasted like the oil hadnt beem changed in a week.

Double check your food before you leave or eat any! Ordered a fish sandwich combo and fries and fish looks like they were a week old. I usually enjoy eating the fish sandwich but it was super discolored and had a horrible taste after the first bite. Will not return.

Hey Arby's in New Albany, MS....just wanted to say thanks for making me wait FORTY-FIVE MINUTES on my lunch break yesterday to serve me food that literally looks like slop that was drug through the trash. THEN tell me if I wanted a shake that I needed to go to the back of the line that I just sat almost an hour in to add it to my order? Unacceptable

The young chick thats currently at the cash register needs to pay attention to what she is doing. She is giving people the wrong food, then have people digging through other people's bag, only to realize its not their food. PAY ATTENTION YOUNG ASS GIRL OR GO HOME!

I received a free small fry and a free small milkshake for my birthday so I went to redeem and my husband was with me. We asked to up size the milkshake to a large and ordered another large. We even told them we even told them we would pay the difference. Needless to say that they acted like they didn't want to redeem it for me and they gave us small shakes instead of large. The girl at the window spoke to us in a short snappy attitude. I'll go back because I love their shakes, but I hope that they have better manners next time. O and we have tried to go and get food late at night and they have the drive thru blocked off before the closing time stated on their drive thru window!
