Chandler Park Apartments

Horrible place I done ever had to lay my head.! I can’t even have peace when I walk out my door because of the neighbors.! You can call and put In work orders and you still won’t see nobody.! From the staff all the way down to the neighbors I’m sick of them and I can’t wait until my yr up over here.! I wouldn’t recommend nobody over here.

I moved in April 1st and noticed i did not have a window to my master bedroom! Only a screen! Further more I do not have knob on my stove for my oven and would like to use it for cooking! And I also do not have a key to my mail box! Staff and maintenance is very unprofessional! I called that day and the staff told me she was going to send the maintenance guys to come fix it but they never came! So I saw them the next morning and i ask them myself was they going to fix it cause that’s a safety issue they both told me they will be up around lunch time! Never came! I spent the entire weekend with no window even after calling emergency maintenance! No response! Whole staff team here is unprofessional! Some live here and I’m sure everything in their place is up to par! Love the apartment though but I have two things that needs placing and they taking forever or acting as if it’s not a priority

Every bad review about this apt complex is true I live here now and I hate it I’m moving from over here soon every body in the office is evil and lowdown I can’t even get a battery for my smoke alarm put in. The maintenance staff is horrible and don’t know anything they hire any body there to work and they jack your water bill up high just cause they want to cause they never read my meter. This place is not worth paying a dime of your money to and the people that they hire there in that office need to be replaced or trained properly.

Drive by every other day, mold in our apartment, everything seems like it’s fallin apart and our sink hasn’t been working for a little over a yearud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44.... O yeah I forgot to mention we had a peeping Tom the guy was never caught so please be aware of yournyour surroundings!!!!!

I lived in these apartments from November 2017 until December 2018. Every 2weeks my air went out, I spent weekends in the scorching heat. Because of the muscle disease I was diagnosed with years ago, my body can't get over heated and I ended up in the hospital for 5days. Even after I came from the hospital the air still quit working. I planned to moved closer to my daughter so I let management know and wrote a statement saying I was moving at the end of November and everything was fine I thought. But after out paying bills, I get a phone call from management saying that either I sign a new lease or vacate the premises. I moved there on the section 8 voucher and was dependent on their contract which is from year to year. But she(management) told me they didn't honor housing lease, and that their lease is from November, the time I moved in, until October which is not a year. Why will Chandler Park except a program they don't honor? So I had to pack up a 3 bedroom house within 2 days and leave which left me homeless. Plus they got paid from housing that month and haven't return any of my deposit. When I walked out my door there was the stench of weed, and maintenance didn't follow up with emergency calls.nn04/26/2019nafter getting in touch with chandler park management, I was told that I will receive my deposit back. after a couple of weeks I called back because I haven't received it yet. I was then told that it would take 6-8 weeks before I can get my deposit. so as of now when I call to find out information on the deposit whereabouts, I'm only getting the answering machine, I'm wondering if I been put on call ignore. I'm so irritated at this point because I feel that I'm getting the run around.
