Enjoyed their customer service, they’re greatnBut their quality is not as good as their competitors, dissatisfied and disappointed in them. I bought a bra and perfect for my size, back in 1/12/20. Unfortunately the bra did not last long as the back hooks are pulling apart and out of their sockets. For the price i paid, and the amount I amount of quantity I picked up. Nuh uh, not coming back for their products.nBoth manager and Cashier reps were always welcoming and wonderful.

I stopped shopping here years ago when there was a quality drop in their products.

I use to only shop Soma but stopped supporting Soma in 2015. Product quality has gone down hill over the years. Defective items that show after a few months of use. Customer service is either excellent or rude. This location I have found the staff to be relatively rude. Seems to be a high turn over store for staff. I tried to do a return on a defective product and being sold the wrong size. The staff member threw a tantrum unprofessionally and she kept the receipt in stead of giving it back to me. I've had several issues with bad customer service at this location. It use to be that you could go in and not leave until you found a perfect fitting bra and leave feeling happy. Not any more. I'm sure it's changed since then but Macy's won my business.nnI prefer the Bell Square location they have excellent customer service. I was thrilled when this location opened up only to find out customer service was snooty and rude.

Only place my wife gets her bras and undies. I guess (I’m boobless) they measure you. The panties are super cute , and classy. Not overly promiscuous, but still hot. I’ve bought a lot of gift cards here.

This was the best, crud I need to get a new bra, experience. There new fit device did not accurately measure me, but was fun to use. They were quick and very helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes and no tears!
