As you know about Lululemon, they sell very high quality active wears for every performances. It is expensive but it is worthy. It looks very tight and small but extremely comfortable. It goes well with every clothes except dresses and formal clothes. And employees are very nice, kind and well-known about clothes. You can try to buy once and never regret!

I’m a pretty loyal lululemon customer, but honestly just buy online instead of visiting the store. The employees have treated me repeatedly as if I was stealing or going to steal something and acted surprised when I actually bought something, basically you can’t really shop around, without them getting an attitude with you. Love lulu but not a fan of there elitist employees!

I love Lululemon leggings in general but the customer service is great! I got a pair of pants hemmed here and they ended up being shorter than I wanted so they replaced them for me to the length I wanted! They made a disappointing experience into a great one. I’d expect no less from this company :)

I was excited to come look for the bag I’ve been wanting for my birthday but noticed someone standing at/leaning against the door. I asked her if she was waiting to get into the store (since some stores have a limit amount of customers) she just turned around and looked at me (said yeah or something) with her ear against the store phone. The employee with a grey sweatshirt and side braid on August 25!!!!nShe did not greet me. When someone came in after me, she greeted them. I was browsing for about 5 minutes. Still not greeted.nWhen I left the store, she did not greet me.... I turned around wanting to say something but decided her inability to provide customer as an employee wasn’t worth my energy to confront.nI will be taking my business online vs this specific store. You would think after being on lockdown from this pandemic for months, stores would be more excited to welcome customers back in. So disappointed!!!!!!!!

Teach your employees some respect and knowledge in regards to the law when it comes to wearing a mask.
