Moss Towing

I have read the reviews of this company I feel is though there is a miss guided sense of accountability. I recently within the past 3 hours Witnessed something as a AAA member that I have never experienced in almost 21years of continuous loyalty.nnI ran out of gas while traveling on I10 East.nI put in a initial request with AAA and was told that it would be an hour before someone would be to my location .after waiting for 50 minutes, The service request was “fulfilled “ per my AAA app.nnI immediately tried to call AAA to see what happened so I put in additional request for a fuel service call. About 15 minutes past and I received a call from a driver in Slidell asking me what type of gas that I use and that he would be on his way.nnWithin five minutes I received a phone call from a gentleman at this company saying that he was on his way and he would be here in 20 minutes.nnI thought that was a little odd, so a young man from Moss shows up, gets the gas tank and walk to my car and then tells me they need $10 per his boss for the fuel.nnI told the driver that I was not paying $10 I did not have $10 in cash so he called his supervisor who wish to speak to me on the phone and I politely refuse.nnI stated that I have never paid for full fuel in my life for a triple AAA service call.nnAbout five minutes passes and I get the call from the other driver where I initiated a second AAA request because I thought the first one had been canceled and conveyed to them the dynamics that occurred.nnThey assured me that is not the policy, that they as a company have to abide by if someone is a AAA plus or premium member.nnI do hope this is a one off situation but it is very unnerving to be a traveler and to feel as though people are out there to take advantage of situations and that is how I feel in this review.nnMy hope is that by writing this review this situation will not occur to someone else.

My co worker locked her keys in the car. Has been at work since 8am this morning. I called bay St. pd and they said waveland pd could unlock it. Come to find out waveland pd couldn’t do it. Waveland pd called me and recommended this company. 60 bucks was cheap. The gentleman showed up and was here and gone with 6 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Thanks so much
