After spending over $200 at Gene’s Tire Center in Picayune to have an oil leak fixed on a 2009 Camry, the problem was still not fixed.nnTook it back to Gene’s just a few days later and was told now it was something else that needed to be fixed and they couldn’t do it. At this point, not only was was oil still leaking, but now it was pouring out.nnLike I should’ve done to begin with, I contacted Bill at North Bay Auto and explained the situation to him. He immediately told me to bring it in and they would take care of whatever was going on and get it done right. Not only did Bill and the staff at North Bay Auto take pictures for me to provide proof that the original problem I paid to have fixed never got fixed, they also took the time to explain to me, in detail, exactly what was going on and how they would fix it.nnThe best part? They got the car in immediately and had it fixed and ready to go within just a few hours for HALF the price of Gene’s Tire Center in Picayune.nnThank you, Bill and staff at North Bay Auto, for treating me right, getting to the bottom of what was going on, charging a very fair price and offering the best customer service around. You gained a new customer today and I plan on telling everyone I know to give North Bay Auto a try the next time you need you and your car to be treated RIGHT!

I don't if it was the area or season, but I took my vehicle there for an oil change and a day later my vehicle was swarming with spiders. However, the service guys are very pleasant and definitely provide a great service and when they say your vehicle is going to be ready by a certain time, they mean it.

I noticed as I exited play I-10 my car was on hot I drove directly to North Bay Auto I received prompt attention very much appreciated
