The employees are always really nice and they treat my dogs very well but there is no set standards for how the coffee is made. Either they hand it to you with the milk barely warm or it’s so overwhelmingly hot that the milk is curdled. And also, there never seems to be a set number of pumps for flavor. It’s either got nothing in it or there’s so much that your coffee is sticking to your mouth. I’ve gone back numerous times because the location is convenient, but today was the last straw. There needs to be an employee reference guide so they know the exact temperature the milk is supposed to be heated to, the amount of flavor to be put in, etc. I really needed this latte this afternoon... it’s good for the garbage! Total waste!

I used to come here twice a day when this place originally opened. The employees at the time were amazing and the coffee was exactly how I wanted it every time, but they have replace all their employees since then. I went the other day and the girl that was working there would not take my order until she got off the phone with her friend and then the other girl was playing on her phone. THE COFFEE WAS DISGUSTING. The cinnamon roll I got was burnt. Then to top it off I was sitting down reading something in the back room, and I hear one of the two employees talk bad about a customer that just walked out. I love the other business they own but will not be coming back here again.

A cute place with friendly service and basic coffees/pastries. The beans are local, which I was happy to see, but it doesn't seem like the kind of place you'd go for a quality-made cup of coffee. It's coffee for the caffeine.

Not saying they have the best coffee, but I've went out of my way several times to go there, I wish they would add more color to their sign tho!
