I try being honest. Not good taste, small portion, and overpriced. She keeps asking customers to promote the restaurant on google review and the kind southern students give her five stars. I was there once and never go again. Panda express is tastier and cheaper.
Wonderful service!! Mama Jean definitely takes the time to welcome you into her restaurant and let you know she really cares. Food was wonderful and well priced. Won tons are a must! A home away from home for college kids whose families might be far away.
The food was very good, the cheese wontons were cooked perfectly. The location is shown wrong on the map. Right next to the hotel not in the hotel.
Wonderful authentic food! Dine in or call in for takeout. They make every single thing there from scratch and it's all delicious. The cream cheese wontons are the best I've ever had, and if you don't order them... you're wrong. Mama Jean is so sweet and runs such a nice clean restaurant
Food was absolutely amazing! Everything is cooked fresh and better than you would do it at home if you knew how to cook this good! Mama Jean will literally treat you like you are in her own home, so do not come if you are in a rush, this is not that kind of restaurant. If you are in need of the best homemade Chinese comfort food, and a good laugh, come and sit down with Mama Jean! A must have if you in Starkville!
