If you’re gonna stop serving people at 8pm then you should update it on your website. I came here at 8:15pm and they told me they cannot seat me anymore because they are closing for the night. Just a few minutes before I came in, I saw 2 people walk in to get seated. Employees who just want to go home early, and not take customers.

Be ready to wait over a hour to be seated. I showed up 15 min after they opened. Waited over a hour and still no seat or update. Hostess was not very informative with wait times. Ended up leaving to get ramen. I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic but a new system needs to be put in place.

The food is okay there is only small portion in there.After eating i still feel hungry.The food is so hot because the fire underneath.

I am a boiling point lover!! I've been too all three locations and the Tukwila is the newest location and the closest to where I live, this BP location is a lot more spacious and can accommodate more people, lots of parking and prompt service! Which is why it stands out among the other locations. Servers are very attentive and I haven't had a bad experience so far. The concept is simple: you are served a metal wok-shaped pot perched on a metal cage with a magenta-colored rock underneath (that is lit on fire to keep your soup hot). It's overflowing with meats, vegetables, other toppings, and a broth that ends up super flavorful, it's a good balance of meat vs vegatable, I feel healthy for just eating it lmao. On the side, the hot pot is served with 4 different types of amazing dipping sauces to complete your meal: fermented bean curd paste, Chili Oil, garlic soy sauce, garlic bean paste. Pair it with a bowl of rice or glass noodles, and you will not find a better soul-warming meal to comfort you on a cold/rainy day. My top favorite is the #4 Beef, and I would get this all the time.
