Everything always is hot fresh and my orders are never wrong. I usually get delivery and no matter who brings it they are always so friendly. Great service Great food!
Never can get it right here anymore! The service has gone down and it always seems chaotic nowadays.
We ordered delivery and prepaid over the phone. When the driver got here she did not have all our order. She said she would return but after a period of time we called and she didn’t even tell them. So we were told to call back in 15 minutes. An hour after we placed the order we finally got the last of our order, which by this time the rest of our food was cold. Also in this process my wife was hung up on twice. This is the worst experience we have had at any restaurant. Two thumbs down and will not recommend anyone do business at the West Point, MS domino’s
I ordered pizza at 9:35pm. They said it would take 25 minutes. It’s 10:40pm, and I’ve been calling the West Point Domino’s for 30 minutes with no answer. They close in 20 minutes. I guess they just stole my money. I’m highly disappointed.
You did not keep your word concerning my next order,there was supposed to be a credit on my order but it was not,I don't want to stop using this place it's the only fast food I eat from but I am being to change my mind I'm a senior citizen and I want a reliable place to order just disappointed.
