Terrible service. Waited over 40 minutes for to-go food. The girls at the front desk would not even make eye contact. There were probably 15 people in line and only one of them would take your order while the other did nothing. The one who took our order had no clue about any item. We saw one to-go bag on the counter for 10 minute. After 10 minutes, we went up to specifically ask if it was ours and no word, just handed us the bag. Food wasn’t made correctly and they left out the sides on the kids meal. Will not return. So sad to have a healthier option of food around that area, with the worst service.

Came in to semi-clean dining room with two people waiting for their food and one group eating. We stood at register for what seemed like an eternity, while staff stood talking in back. We (and, they) were clearly visible through the pass-through window. We even had direct eye contact several times. After about ten minutes of waiting, we left. Looking at the reviews, after we left, I see it’s a pattern with this store. I wish I had looked before going in! I just trusted that at a McAlisters we would get good food and service. My mistake.

I had order from McAlister’s 3 days ago and I had a King’s Club with a Grilled Chicken Salad with a Sweet Tea. My sandwich was thrown up and they gave me a Chef Salad instead. Then the cashier didn’t tell me that they were out of Sweet Tea and was just going to let me leave without a drink knowing that I’ve paid for one.

I love McAlister’s and am so happy West Point has one! Both the sandwiches and big potatoes have been so yummy. Their honey mustard is the best ud83dude0b. Food was ready really fast too

The order has been wrong multiple times. The only thing they seem to get right is the harvest chicken salad. The king club is no longer good. I ordered the chicken noodle soup for the first time yesterday. There was no noodles or chicken. Dumped it all in the sink. Waste of money.
