Pathetic!! Asked for something and what I got was not even close. A market fresh sandwich and I got a roast beef sandwich. If you don't know what it is, say so and something else can be ordered. I had to throw that away. And half of the other sandwiches were missing from the order when we got back. Paid for but never received. Will never use this location again. Not the first time I've had issues with this location

Employees were extremely rude and took 4 minutes to order in drive through and took 10 minutes almost on the dot to even be able to pay for or order and then they proceeded to hand out numerous counter orders leaving us in drive through for another almost 20 minutes. When we received our food we were missing both orders of macaroni and we didn’t even bother coming back. Should not take 30 minutes for a drive through. Extremely disappointed with the quality of our food and service.

It took a long time to get greeted at the speaker, and when they did greet us we had to repeat the order multiple times. Sat at the window for over five minutes waiting to pay, and only got greeted when we honked the horn. When they did come to the window they didn’t say a word. Someone inside got cashed out, and receive their food before we were even greeted at the window. Took another 10 minutes to receive the food.nI’m normally very understanding about drive thru wait times, since I’ve worked in fast food for a long time. But this was honestly an awful experience

We stopped by their drive through to pick some quick lunch. We ordered the gyros and a salad along with their famous curly fries. The fries were good indeed, however the rest of the food was so bad. Is it because of the covid pandemic? Both the gyro wraps were too sub standard. The meat tasted rot. The salad chickens were soggy and not fresh. The salad greens were wilt. However, the working lady was nice and she handed over all the ordered perfectly with a few extra sachet of sauces.
