The chicken was slimy and raw. The mash potatoes were cold and nasty. Very nasty food. Must take pride in making your customers happy, especially when they come to spend money with you.
Asked for fresh hot wings and they said they were. NOT! Not only were they old they were hard.
Great drive thru service!
Ordered 12 piece meal, had to pull up and wait on chicken then they came out and told me it would be 10 more minutes for biscuits, they substituted a side for the biscuits. The chicken didn't have the taste KFC chicken should have. I ordered Krispy and the crust was greasy. West Point, MS KFC is unacceptable.
Not good, the biscuit was hard and cold and the fries were hard no good.
