Very nice atmosphere friendly staff. Love their sweet tea.
First time going to this location. I Google the number and called my order in. Went through the pickup line without a problem. Food was fine and employees were nice. Problem is when I looked at my receipt I noticed to my surprise a service fee. I had to think about what service I could have used to get a fee. Upon calling the store again I was told they use a call center to route calls and there is a charge. Really? There is no disclosure of this fee when calling in the order. It's not enough I'm playing for my food but you are literally charging me to call you. I'm not happy about it at all and to think of all the ppl that have called and not even noticed the charge. I think it's wrong no matter how small the amount. I refuse to do business with ppl who operate in a dishonest manner. So I won't be going nor recommending anyone. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the employees were nice.
