My wife and I wanted to replace a leaking kitchen faucet set. This occurred on a Saturday morning before we were expecting out-of-town visitors the next Monday. Our regular plumber had moved recently, and none of our friends could recommend anyone, so we took a chance on R & M to see if they could help. Boy am I glad that we did! When I spoke to Robert that Saturday afternoon, he said that he was booked through Wednesday, and couldn't schedule us until Thursday. After I explained our time crunch, he graciously offered to schedule us at 6:00 on Monday evening, after he completed his regular day of work. I was so grateful! Robert showed up right on time, did the work quickly and with no problem whatsoever. He even had to drive to purchase water supply lines that I neglected to provide, all within the span of 90 minutes! I was so thankful for his super-fast, efficient service. I also want to mention that he was extremely careful not to scratch anything, and that he was really neat and cleaned up everything perfectly before he finished. I want everyone to know how much I was impressed by R & M and how I want to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest business who puts their customers first!

Came out same day I called. Very efficient and would highly recommend. Price for work was reasonable. I will definitely call again if I have issues. Fixed electrical problem and plumbing issue

This was a nightmare experience. Robert has been working on my plumbing for almost a year now. He has disappeared for weeks at a time, most recently, this whole summer. I finally called another plumber and he completed the project in about 15 minutes and told me that a lot of the work Robert did was probably unnecessary. My basement is now in shambles - I am looking for someone to repair all of the concrete that Robert dug through. Even if all of the work he did was actually necessary, this job should never have taken so long.nnThis is a reply to Robert's response. I called you many times before I left town and thought that I understood that you would work on it even when I was gone (you had access). I was not out of the country, I was in Montana and Colorado and only for a month. You could have contacted me any time but did not, and did not respond to my calls when I returned. You never billed me for your expenses.
