The girl behind the counter tonight was incredibly nice. Great customer service! Restrooms were clean as per the standard for Love's as well.nnI feel so bad for everyone that works here when people come in without masks. They deserve more credit for putting up with that.

Nice and clean store and men's bathroom. DOES NOT ENFORCE its own mask rules. People freely walk around with no covid masks on past multiple employees who said or did NOTHING. IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN N95 MASK AVOID THIS STATION AS THEY DON'T MAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS WEAR MASKS as the regular N35 or less masks won't protect you from the unmasked customers!

Sit for hours waiting to get fixed. When you ask how much longer do the think it will be. They get attitude say I don't know I'm not the mechanic. No one in the office when I went in to inquire how much longer. To get attitude when you call to ask. All in all drive elsewhere and you'd still be saving time. And no one in any of the bays.

The shower room was clean and the water stayed hot. Couldnt use my electric tooth brush nor my hair dryer....had to go across the hall to another shower room ( tried to yell for asst..no one around ) when told the problem...the guy asked if i had triped the breaker
