From the start customer service was excellent. The staff was interactive and ensured I knew the layout being my first time. Gym is clean and folks working out ensure it stays that way. Overall great experience.
Absolutely love it here. Never once have I felt judgemental eyes on me. Another plus is that it is spacious with hella machines. Best gym to spend money on
Planet fitness is a great place to go, because they enforce the mask policy, there employees don't judge or dilly dally, everyone wipes down their equipment, and they have water and Gatorade incase you forgot a drink. There is only one downside, the link alarm, it is a great way to keep noise down, but it stops most people from lifting heavy weight out of fear they could drop it and set it off.
I love going on Sunday mornings. Not many people there. I wish they had a certified scale though. Overall, great experience.
It was wonderful here. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Facility overall was very clean.
