Disney Store

Great experience. We appreciate the disney team member keeping tabs of how many people were within the store for our safety. As well as not allowing anyone in without a mask. We bought some gifts. Love the store! Hope we're able to make a trip to Disney when covid is over! ud83dudc4d

Today was a challenging day. I have a son with autism that refuses to wear a mask. This has severaly limited our life, and I understand the fear and deeply care foe everyone's health.nThe amazing woman who welcomed us into the establishment worked so hard to accommodate our special circumstance. I'm beyond thankful for their hard work to include us all!!!

Always a fun store to visit.nThey are requesting all customers wear a face mask with ear loops.nI was wearing a balaclava with a three layer filter inside of the filter pocket which fits my face perfectly (thats FIVE layers of protection). Apparently, that wasn't good enough. They said I couldn't go in unless I was wearing their face mask.nI have a tiny face, and their face mask was falling off my face. I had to tire knots in the ear loops just to get it to fit, even then it kept ridding up into my eyes. Not a great experience. I get not wanting people with balaclavas with a filter or bandanas to be in the store without a mask, but really? This not only exposed me, but everyone around me, just to have me put on something that was horribly fitted.nNot only that, but they have you grab a face mask out of a box of face masks. I don't where those have been or who has touched or breathed on them.

I love this store! Currently they allow 15 people in at a time per CDC guidelines.

I had a face covering they said I couldn’t wear it in the store. They said they are told they have to have every customer wear a face mask. Very annoyed at this new policy especially since it makes no difference. I love going to the store with my girlfriend but really upsetting. They have you hand sanitize before taking a mask out of a container with other masks. Bring a mask I would say. No bandana or neck gaiters.
