Athleta - with Curbside Pickup

Came in the Bellevue store this week. There were about six sales associates working on the floor. Not one person greeted me as I was walking in the store. I spent 10 minutes looking around and no one came up to me and asked if I needed help or had any questions. This was the worst customer service I've ever received and will not return. I would think that they would train their sales associates how to greet them and help them with product especially knowing that their competitor is right around the corner at the mall and how they give great customer service and are excited to see you as you enter the store.

Helpful & efficient staff. Attractive store layout makes browsing fun. I like that the shopping bags are cute, reusable totes.

The salesman was so patient and knowledgeable.
