She told me the van I purchased nothing was wrong with it I drive it off the lot not even 2 hours later and the engine light turns on and started making a loud popping noise. Told me she promised nothing was wrong with it since we have multiple kids and wouldnt recommend anything that wouldnt be safe. DO NOT GO HERE
When my old car died on me I was left to find a car asap. I called them and they went over every car with me in my price range which was a lot because they have great prices. I picked out a few I was interested in and had to get a ride up there. They waited after hours for me and had the keys to all the cars I had shown interest in waiting. Not once did they act annoyed to be there after hours. She was patient and helpful and kind. I picked a car and the process was so quick and easy. I love my new car and how honest and kind she was.
Have bought 3 vehicles there in the past 8 years and all have ended up being junk. Never will I ever buy another vehicle from them.
I bought a Jeep Liberty from her over 5 yrs ago...with that being said...she hadn't even had the chance to put it out on the lot for sale. I had it for 3 to 4 yrs before I even had to do any kind of work on it!! It has 197 plus miles on it and is still very reliable! Thank-you K&A !
Literally the worst experience of my life. I’ve had the car 1 week and the transmission went out. Awful customer service and awful morals. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the devil himself.
