First off, ExOfficio is quality for life. Customer service is sadly a lost art, but not for Melvin. Melvin is keen and has amazing CS skills and prowess. Tom is also a great support to his staff and a guru at customer service. It starts with values and valuing others. The staff holds CS in high regard... thank you. Erin was excellent in helping me, great clothing line just no 2xl in short sleeve. The manager on duty was also very informative. Apparently if you order online in store you get free shipping over 50.00 thats a crazy good deal. Gotta go in store.
