If I could give negative stars I would. Very poor communication within organization bothnSpringfield and Sedalia. I brought my car back under 50/50 warranty, costing me quite a bit, kept so long my temporary license expired, costing fine. The repairs literally could have killed us or others, with actual bolts not even replaced. Totally had to pay out of pocket to completely start over with repairs. HORRIBLE !nPLACE
Too pricey! 520+ dollars for a 2 day rental! Also, returning the car early made no difference! We were stranded at Concordia MO due to our van's mechanical failure. I really believe that Mr Arnold took full advantage of our unhappy situation. He was seemingly a nice guy, but a true ripoff artist to say the least!

This place is a joke. He took $2000 from me. I was making payments on a expidition. When i drove off the lot it had no fluids at all. Window and ac didnt work. Front end shot, bad tires, bad ball joints, breaks was bad. He took it to have it fixed gave me a lowner car because i demanded one. Then my expidition supposedly wasnt fixable... then i seen someone else driving it. Then i was supposed to get a yukon had a lowner car till that one could pass inspection didnt hear from him. Then someone was driving it around after hours. So he takes money from people and sells the cars out from under them. Why isnt this guy in jail???? I hope no one else tries to buy a car from him. That place needs to be investigated and shut down.
I asked the delusional woman taking money in there how she liked working for the biggest scumbag in town? She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Anyone looking to buy a car no matter how bad your credit or financial situation is, watch the movie Matilda. Sedalia Automotive makes the slimeball car dealer dad in that movie look like a great deal.
