On 02/19/‘21 around 11PMnThey messed up my order and then they charged me about $13 more than they supposed to, (I did found out next day when I looked into the statements, but I didn’t call to complain or anything else, don’t have time for this hassle)n(I know you don’t have to be super smart to work at McDonalds but , come on! She wasn’t even sorry’ for messing up my order).nThank you

Well, I ordered online to hopefully ensure I ordered the right food as I was ordering for 5 of us... upon arrival I accidentally clicked pick up in drive thru, no big deal though as I would just wait like everyone else. Then get to the window, they had me my drinks and have me pull forward. Not a big deal, its a large order. I then wait for over 20 minutes for my food. Once I get it I head home and find that I was given an extra chicken sandwich but they forgot 2 happy meals and an order of chicken nuggets. Fries are cold and soggy as well. Definitely will not be returning as this is the 3rd bad experience I've had in the last 4 attempts at getting food here.

When we first got to the speaker we were greeted, which was awesome! But, what wasn't so awesome is that after we asked to get the Quarter Pounder Pack we got ignored. Naturally I thought it could have been the speaker so I had us go to the other one. We asked for no Cheese on one and have the other one normal. Well we get home and my Fiances got just a Plain burger . . . The food was good but the service was lacking.

Cold fries every time. The one in Thompson hills shopping center is better.
