My son has been going to redline since last August. He is faster, stronger, and his confidence is through the roof. Its helped him in football and basketball.
My 13 year old daughter has been going to Redline for a month now. She is already more confident & feels stronger! The trainers are amazing! They know all the kids by name! They make the workouts fun & help push the kids in a positive way! My daughter is able to continue training during her clubs “off season”. I recommend Redline for any young athlete looking to reach the next level!
We really appreciate the level of individualized care and attention at Redline. We started with my son's Football buddies but now he, along with his sister, enjoy going even when it's just the two of them. They are getting faster and stronger, and the trainers continually check in so the kids are making progress with their goals. It's a worthwhile investment.
My daughter loves the positive atmosphere at Redline. The trainers know the kids by name, and they encourage them to work hard. They switch up the workouts daily which helps to keep it fun. I love that my daughter is always being guided by a trainer and not left to figure out a workout plan on her own. As a volleyball player she loves being able to train on the Vertimax. Highly recommend Redline!
