I’ve been working out at T2C for 8 years. I’m 70 years old, I’m stronger now than I ever believed I could be. I love the small group, women only atmosphere. Justin’s positive, you can do it attitude makes a real difference. He challenges you to do your best.

I am in my second year at Time 2 Change and have made so much progress. I started there because I really needed to regain lost strength from about 2 years of not working out. I am much stronger now, the workouts are fun and Justin is right there to keep you going. You accomplish a lot in the 45 minute workouts.

I have been a member at T2C for over 5 years! The approach that they have not only gets you on a healthy path but the trainers are dedicated to helping you stay on it! Accountability, nutrition and the family of ladies is by far my key to my success!

I highly recommend Time2 Change Fitness for Women.!!! Justin Cantwell is an awesome personal trainer! He is knowledgeable and very passionate about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. I recently started back at T2C because working with Justin has given me the best results compared to other facilities. Give it a try, you will be happy with your results!
