Ya Mon! Island Grill

Great and delicious food, I liked the character the spot has, and the employees were very nice. I will surely come back in the future.

Not dependable! Although they have great Jerk Chicken, they are so undependable that you cannot expect to get it when you show up. They are not friendly, very rude and customer service truly eludes them. I would not complain if they only ran out of food once, but most times when we go and we go at least once a week, they are out of Jerk Chicken and/or Sweet Potatoes. In addition, they advertise White Meat Chicken and they don't sell it. They are so undependable that a couple of months ago, they were closed for weeks and there was no sign, no message on the phone and no one near their location had any idea when or if they would re-open. They are embarrassingly bad and the Vendors near their location also complain. When I went in today, an hour before closing, again, they had no Jerk Chicken so I asked to speak to the Chef. Chef Gayle finally came out and said that he would not be making any more chicken because he does not have anymore chicken. So, how long does it take for a business to realize that they don't have the proper quantity of product and need to better plan and prepare to not continuously inconvenience their customers? Today, tired of this constant issue, I asked to speak to the Owner and neither Daniel, Server/Cashier or Chef Gayle, the Cook had a way to reach the Owner--imagine that! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Go somewhere else.

VERY Delicious food!!! Omg I love, and I am addicted to the sweet potatoes and the curry chicken. Great place to get a quick bite. They have good customer service and they are friendly. Give it a try for yourself, the food is so good you don't wanna go nearing the final hours or you could be out of luck just like any other small prospering business.

Worst place ever!!!!. Poor cooking, food is filled with oil and hard to swallow. I threw away my food half way in. You have wait 20 minutes to get served. Low staffing, there were only two people working, employees are slow as a snail and extremely rude. All the food you want to order is out of stock.

Hands down, this place has some of the best island cuisine in a 50 mile radius but the portion for the price is borderline disrespectful, I counted five pieces of chicken in my Curry Chicken entree, Chick Fil A Nugget size chicken at that .Again great food just wish I had more to enjoy
