Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa - Bowie

Food and service are good, just inconsistent. Nonetheless, I'll keep coming back.

Very Busy Place but the line moved quickly. The food was great brought a family special, my kids loved it and now always request Sardi’s. Always a great experience and they have great variety in there menu. Personal favorite is the Salmon Skewers, Green Beans and the stir fried vegetables!

The flavors are great! I just wish I got more food. They seem to give small to decent portion sizes, even the chicken seems smaller than other places. The customer service is probably 3 stars. Depends on who's working, some times the staff doesn't greet or assist you when needed.

Did thr curb side pick took a while but the young man that came out was very polite professional. Explained what was going on.

I have been purchasing food from Sardi's , [ocated in Bowie, Maryland, for two years. And, for the record, let me just be honest, I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone, looking for a wonderful place to eat. When my family or friends come to town, or on the weekends, after completing our weekend tasks, we would go to Sardi's, either for lunch or dinner. The chickens are always fresh, well seasoned,, tender, not dry, and you get more than you can eat in one seating. We always end up taking home leftovers, for the following day. It doesn't matter whether it's chicken, beef, pork chops, or steaks, let me just say, without reservation, that everything is cooked to perfection. And, let's not forget the vegetables. They are also well seasoned, not overcooked or dry. Together, if you are looking for a place to get an absolute wonderful meal, Sardi's is the place. However, no restaurant would not be great without the outstanding services rendered by staff members working together such as Alex, Dominin, and Luis, just to name a few. Let me just say that the entire staff in Sardi's, located at the Bowie Town Center, are all outstanding, and I, as well as my family, friends, and co-workers will continue to support Sardi's. It's just that delicious, and a great place to enjoy delicious food, as well as the excellent service.
