I was very impressed with my service and food on Thursday. I arrived at 2:30pm placed my order for two sandwiches and two drinks and was out the door at 2:46pm; that's good service!!. My order was correct and the food was delicious as well. I realize from other comments that things were slow in the beginning which can happen when a restaurant first open. However things have improved and I am happy to say I am a satisfied customer.
2nd time visiting this Charley’s at the Bowie Town Center and the experience and food was great. We definitely noticed that they have worked out some of those “new restaurant kinks”. We were greeted at the door as we walked in. Order was correct and food was great! Great service with no complaints. We will definitely visit this Charley’s again!
This was my 3rd time visiting this location, each time my fries were cold and soggy. The cheese sauce couldn’t help. They need to fix this. Especially if I’m only ordering fries. I do not recommend
I feel like this place has great potential. It's VERY BUSY!!!! My mobile order was ready 15 min after the set time. Don't come for the customer service. The fries reminds me of five guys and the sandwich tastes how i expected it to. They don't have any qualities that stand out from the next guy.
So far, my experiences have been excellent. All my online orders were executed correctly and ready on time as specified. Food is top notch and prepared very well. Definitely have my forever patronage.
