Handy Andy Lock and Key

This gentleman came timely and unlocked the garage door. The handle had been turned by one of my neighbors harassing me. He came back the next morning to complete the job. He replaced the latch with a new key. In the process, I paid him to rekey my two doors. He did. The key he gave me is a generic key and someone is using it. I called him to state that the key to the garage is no longer locking the garage and told me to go buy the part that he replaced.
