It was peaceful and empty of people it was 930pm. The space used to be a 9 hole golf course so there is space to take a walk. One can paddle board, swim or fish. Lake Ballinger also has a boat launch for small craft.

Lots of parking near the swim area also more by the tennis court and walk over from the field, the swim area is separate from the field so you can walk in peace and quiet the layout of this park is one of the best I’ve seen.

This is a great spot when it's not too busy. There's beautiful wildlife, a calm lake, and plenty of space to set up a picnic/BBQ.nnThe lack of stars:nnThere are often people fishing right off the dock/shore towards swimming children, there is minimal parking, and the lawn is not well maintained (lots of very spiky weeds).nnThis lake also allows motorized vehicles. This seems strange as the lake is so small.

Very nice spot to enjoy summer with friends or just by yourself. You can have a barbecue, read a book, use your paddleboard on the water, or even swim. Everyone was respecting social distancing, but I have to confess, the was a lot of people here, not all of them were wearing masks. A lot of pets and ducks. Nice view to enjoy nature. I recommend it, but always remember to be careful and wear a mask, specially when close to other group of people. ud83dude0a

My tranquil place. I really enjoy it there. Plenty of space to walk along with great water views from the Mountlake Terrace side.
