I gave the Stylest as many opportunities to correct her attitude when speaking with me when we finally met in person after a very rude phone call and a confusing text when I was on the way to the shop after saying I’m on the way and I finally meet this person in public and this person is very very rude talking to me as if she is too good to answer the phone let alone build a rapport with a potential client. I gave the style as many opportunities to correct her attitude when speaking with me. You never know who you are talking to. She then directed me to go to the hood!!! And get a quick appointment there as if that has anything to do with why I am here. And to think she displayed this type of behavior with a client in the chair. Un professional. Knowing that I run a multi million dollar company I can see why your business is in the state it’s in you should re evaluate why you got into this profession and check your attitude at the door and get the money.

I called the stylist to get a consultation and she told me that all bookings were done online -- without any directions or site name -- and hung up. I understand she was probably busy, so I did more Googling and found one of two different booking links. On the price list, the consultation I wanted was FREE but the booking process required that I enter a credit card ?!! Really?? Why would I give my credit card info for a service that I'm checking out? Please be more responsive and helpful to potential clients.
