The pharmacy is always busy with a constant stream of customers during certain times of the day but they appear efficient and friendly. They have a drive-thru and also offer certain vaccinations behind a privacy curtain.
You'd think that in the middle of a pandemic when you want to stay home as much as possible that the staff would be able to set up a properly working landline.....No dial tone, no automated answer, nothing. Called 5 times with no answer. On top of that everytime I pick up my prescription there's always an issue where they give me a third of the dosage when the prescription says the precise dosage on the pack...
Drive thru sucks, they need a better system. They need to get rid of it if no improvements.
Difficult to get quick service here. I use several CVS's thoughout the year due to being in various areas. I have to say nomally it's no problem to get someone in the pharmacy on the phone to transfer my prescription from another CVS elsewhere as I move around. But I've been here 2 months now and every time I've called it takes forever and 2 of 3 times i've hung up after waiting up to 30 minutes in phone hell. The same seems to be true for slowness on their drive through. It take 30-45 minutes and moves at a snails pace. I don't know what the problem is here but CVS should address it. If I lived here I would switch to another pharmacy and they'd lose my business.
Love this CVS Pharmcy. Miss Violet, the pharmacist, is extremely professional and works to address problems when they arise asap. Great experience. Customer friendly environment.
