I don't live in that city. But I can say during my 1 day visit I was extremely impressed with the young and the old reps. Very helpful and extremely friendly. One guy didn't seem like he wanted to assist but once I asked him a question, he was very polite and overly helpful. I want to give Roderick in the Pharmacy a huge shout out. He is the definition of excellent customer service. He was patient and kind and went above and beyond to get an insurance issue sorted out. Even with a line and other customers to serve, he never made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. I saw him provide this same level of service to all of his customers.

Customer service is usually pretty good. Often crowded because it's the only one in the in the area. Found mostly everything I needed. Seemed like they were out of a lot of items, but I attribute it to the current pandemic and probably only ordering the necessities we need. Overall, usually a pretty good shopping trip.
