Alex is super helpful when he can. He is going to try to help you if it’s in his power.nnIt’s not his fault the times he can’t. Public Storage as a national company makes doing business difficult sometimes. Not allowing prorated monthly rates, if you have to move out, even with advanced notice. They also can not do any adjustments to payments in the location office. For a storage business this is not accommodating for customers. Again not Alex’s fault. Only the district manager can make most adjustments, this where Alex comes in. In those rare times when there might an exception made, Alex will speak up on your behalf to help get your concern through, but dang if Public Storage National rules don’t make it dame near impossible. Alex actually helped me to avoid a crazy rent increase, he sent a msg on my behalf since I was a long time customer, but don’t ask the national number.nnI’ve been with the location long enough to see two or three different property managers. Both were nice. The location’s access hours are a bit limited, but understandable considering the location. This is actually a good thing, again I have been there for 2 years and no break ins.nnI am actually going to a switch companies in my new area, if my decision was based on Alex, I would stay with Public Storage, but it is the non consumer friendly national policies that has made me look elsewhere for the services I need. If Alex leaves to a different storage rental company, go where he is. The 5 stars is for Alex, Public Storage gets 2 stars.

The manager Alex was extremely thoughtful and kind when handling the storage space my now-deceased father had rented. He extended every courtesy helping me empty out the contents of the space and made me feel well looked-after. Thank you!!

After I got to the storageplace on 115 things went smooth costumer service was awesomw ! e reservation system didn't work at keep giving me the run around

Friendly staff, I only came in to buy boxes and some tape but the property manager who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend.

This guy Alex is outstanding. As long as you play by the rules he will always try to help in one way or an other. For instance me and my son lost our key and he was there after hours Trying to help us and so much other little stuff he does is recognized by me and my family. PUBLIC STORAGE is lucky to have an honest employee like him.
