It amazes me how customer service has fallen so fast! if only the staff would agree to be routinely cross trained on how to be more professional and accommodating of their customers. I believe it will go a long way moving forward.

Bought some clothes online for my husband and they were to big. Since I purchased his clothes online and on sale I didn't want to get the store and to be told I couldn't return. Contacted support @ mens warehouse. I talked to online support Marco stated I could return with no problem. Went the store in Bowie,MD and the sale s person customer service was exceptional! Hassle free

DO NOT BUY IN STORE, USE THE SITEnI am really getting to the point where I can not be bothered with this store. I needed a suite for an interview, bought it here (in a hurry) and found it online for less than half that price within a few weeks. Needed another suite or two and ordered one on sale at the site. Had it delivered to the store for alterations (that at least they do a great job with.). Found a suite in store on clearance and bought it. Two days later half the price online. I am done. Prices should be matched or at least close.nSave your money.
