Not like I remember it. I'm from NYC, so the Macy's I'm used to is a little different. Went in the other day looking for a boys winter coat bc growth spurts are real thing. Couldn't find one in my kid's size. They had one rack of what I guess were leftovers from the holiday rush. It was very disappointing. The staff were very polite and very friendly though.

Very Friendly employees. Excellent customer service. There was a hold up in the shoe department and another employee took me at the perfume department. Also initially the sale price of my shoes didn't come up and I thought the transaction wouldn't go smooth, but it did. 4.5 stars- would have given 5 but there was a very, very limited selection of shoes :/.

I love shopping at Macys its one stop for all I need. Excellent brands in everything for reasonable price. ud83dudc4d

Customer service desk was flawless. Item will be returned though. Flare leg on INC petite jean is too roomy from above the knee down. Was wanting a flare at the ankle.
