Friendly staff, nice units and generally safe area. My only gripes would be that the rental rate gets raised a decent amount each year, and the Covid hours make it difficult to work around my actual work schedule, but that will go back to normal at some point. Lutricia helped me reset up auto payment, and was very helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff! I love it that so many of them wave on my way in and out - that seems like a small thing or a no big deal but I work in customer service and I actually miss it on the rare occasion that no one waves at me as I glance in the office driving in our out. It's something that is not necessary but makes you feel like they care and they do the extras! I love it ... :)
I have always had great experiences when dealing with this Public Storage! Latricia is kind, quick, and knowledgeable in all parts of her job and was even willing to help me carry my boxes I purchased back to my car! Also a big positive for me is how they are taking all the correct precautions to help prevent the spread of covid-19!
Their service made my day! I come in wanting to change units to a smaller one (half the price) and quickly Lori starts looking up the cheapest unit assuring me I’ll get the online price. Between her and Maddie my move out/ move in was painless! I’m so glad I can store my stuff here. These women are rockstars.
