Great advice concerning our vehicle. We had a recent accident and were recommended to not drive the vehicle and to donate it. They allowed us to leave the car there for pick up . . .even helped with taking the tags off and cleaning it out. Caring and professional!

I just left there to get a third estimate of a repair and some idiot old man tried to tell me I need the quote from the insurance before he could do it. After I told him I had the check already and the insurance quote was more than the other bids I received he looked dumb founded. He has the worst customer service etiquette. He just lost out on a few thousand dollars freakin idiot.
