This is what a proper gas station is supposed to be. Honest, simple and fair. And especially the shop. Great please!!! I went their after Getting told from anothe inspection place that I needed over $4000 of repairs in order for my can to pass and they didn’t even drive my car to see if I drove good...how ever as soon as I came into Bowie auto service the first thing they did was drive my car and at the end of the day my car was perfectly fine. Great great great guys I would say they are very go and you can trust them
I recently had my Toyota fixed here 7/14/17, they were very polite and called with a price I thought was quite high for an alternator repair $599 but I needed my car working. They didn't fix the alternator correctly and failed to put the serpentine belt on the right way. Long story short I almost died on the highway because my car stopped working. I couldn't even steer it. They would not help fix the car, despite the fact that this problem is all their fault and we're very nasty about the whole situation. My children and I could've died due to this horrific mistake their mechanic made.
I was a regular customer until today. My friend to whom i highly recommended to go there was treated super rude, like they doing her a favor. Plus she WAS NOT TOLD THE PRICE FOR SERVICE until later. So my friend had to pay double what she used to pay. Also when i called and tried to explain that they provided poor customer service , Rose (the owner) was very defensive and tried to prove me wrong.nThat was the last time im using them
